This office tenant improvement for a non- profit organization was in the beautiful historic War Memorial Building, a world historic landmark in Civic Center Plaza in San Francisco. 

It was a great, challenging opportunity to completely transform half-finished historic building interior space to a functional and beautiful work space, while preserving the historic character of the building, a requirement by the City's historic preservation department. Koami Architecture played a consultant architect role for Architect, Saida Sullivan Design Partners, and lead the project from the concept fitting, entitlement and to the end of construction administration. The result is a modern and functional space with a great view, with interior color scheme which exhibits the identity of the organization.
