The original house was built in the 70s; vaulted open tall ceilings with an accent of a sun-rise shaped clerestory window, protruding volumes with sloped roofs &  cladding with wood shingle siding.

While respecting the original California modern style, the building is to be thoroughly renovated and refreshed with a modern, clean, and understated palette.
